My motherland: the place where I live, the place I love the most

My Motherland is a wonderful town Slavyansk. I was born here, my parents live here and I have spent almost all my life here.

Slavyansk is a resort town with beautiful nature and interesting sights. It is famous for its salt lakes which are useful for health from the medical point of view. Besides, they are situated in an amazing natural park, so you will enjoy every minute of staying here. There are many great places to explore in our area. We have a good Natural History Museum where you can see ancient vases, dishes, arms, tools. Moreover, those who want to be entertained can go to the Recreation Park which is known for its merry-go-rounds. In addition, we have lots of opportunities to go in for sport. There are stadiums and different fitness centres such as «Mango», «Tisida», «Triumph».

I like my home town a lot. It is the place where I grew up, met my best friends, fell in love. It is the place where I will never be lonely or feel scared. Slavyansk will always have a special place in my heart.

There are a lot of benefits of living in a provincial town like mine. Firstly, it has many entertainment centres. For instance, you can play bowling in «Taler» or watch different films at the local cinema «Sapphire». Secondly, the most friendly creative hospitable hardworking people live here. They have a good sense of humour and you will never feel bored in Slavyansk. Thirdly, my hometown is very green and has fascinating nature. You will enjoy its beauty and be inspired by it.

         In conclusion, I would like to say that I am proud of my town. And if you visit Slavyansk even once, you will fall in love with it forever.
